- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I used to love ICCU, but in the past year, I have had a variety of issues, including their bill pay system, servers down three times in the past few months, incorrect escrow estimates, mobile check deposits, incompetent tellers and fees that I feel are not my fault if ICCU's system crashes... Honestly, I'd switch if my mortgage wasn't through here. I'm literally stuck here now because there ATM is down. Please go back to being the credit union I love.By Tj Mott, March 16, 2018
