- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I am astounded to see all the 5 star ratings. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service I have ever encountered with an insurance agency. Incompetence on every level. Call backs take forever. Total lack of communication, unless you call and email several times. They couldn't even cancel the policies in a timely manner when requested after being fed up with the total mismanagement of our policies. Don't waste your time. Go straight to Geico yourself.
